How do I cancel my contract?
If you wish to cancel during your Grain contract, a cancellation fee is payable, as per our terms and conditions. This cancellation fee is a minimum of £15 per month for the remainder of your contract. You may also be liable for some other costs at this point, such as any outstanding payments.
If you are a current customer, who is moving to another Grain connected home, you can take your current Grain contract with you – no need to start afresh! Simply complete our Moving Home form on our website to update the details on your account.
If the home you are moving to cannot be serviced by Grain, we may waive any cancellations fees if you can provide clear evidence, such as a tenancy agreement or proof of sale. Until we receive these documents, your account will be charged as a normal cancellation.
