How do I reboot my router?

To restart your router, we advise that you begin by switching the plug off at the wall and waiting for 30 seconds, before turning the power back on. The lights should then start to flash before coming online for a brief period and turning back off again.

If you have powered the router off and back on at the wall, and there are still no lights flashing, ensure the router is switched on by pushing in the button on the bottom of the router. Please do not push the factory reset button as this will wipe your full configuration, leaving you with no internet at all.
