When will I make my first payment?

All monthly payments for your Grain service are billed in advance. When you complete your direct debit details, confirming your subscription with Grain, we will collect the first month’s payment (“period one”) within 5 working days of your installation. The second payment will be collected within 30 days to align with your payment date (which lands on your date of connection, each month). This will relate to “period two”.
