Moving to another home
connected to the Grain network?
Lucky you! As long as you’ve checked your new postcode in our postcode checker, you are able to take your current Grain contract with you – no need to start afresh!
Simply complete the Moving Home online form and give us all the details we need to get your account updated.
No Grain at your new home?
Make sure to double check – enter your new postcode into our postcode checker to see if Grain is available in your new home.
If we are unavailable at your new address, we will be sad to see you go!
Simply fill in the Moving Home online form and give us all the details we need to cancel your contract with us, including copies of the following:
- Letter from your solicitor confirming your house move
- A copy of your Tenancy Agreement
We will then cease your service on the date you have requested, with no cancellation charges (subject to you providing proof of your new home where Grain is unavailable).
