Can I change my password?

Once you are signed up on a Grain contract, you can change your password. You are able request access to the admin control panel of the router to make changes to the LAN elements of the router. This will need to be requested via the Grain Support team in writing as this ability is currently disabled by default. We are continually looking at ways of improving our service and one of these is where customer admin control of the router is enabled by default however we do not currently have a timescale for enabling this.
