Can I change my password?

Changing Grain Connect login details: passwords

Once you are signed up to one of our home broadband packages, you can change your password. You are able request access to the admin control panel of the router to make changes to the LAN elements of the router, and this is where your Grain Connect login details can be updated. You’ll need to contact our support team This will need to be requested via the Grain Support team in writing to access this though, as this ability is currently disabled by default. 

We are continually looking at ways of improving our service and one of these is where customer admin control of the router is enabled by default, giving you the ability to alter your Grain Connect login when you need to — however we do not currently have a timescale for enabling this.
