Why do I need Full Fibre broadband?
We connect your home with a dedicated fibre optic line, delivering symmetrical gigabit speeds with unlimited data. This means seamless connectivity for remote work, streaming, gaming, and cloud computing.

When will I be installed?
Once you’ve completed your sign up, a member of our team will be in touch to book your free standard install. If we’re live in your area, we’ll be able to install your home straight away.
If we’re not ready in your area just yet, signing up online will reserve the amazing offer BUT we won’t be able to install you straight away. It’s still important to sign up to lock in a great price, and remember – no payment will be taken until you’re all set-up and installed.
If your home already has a Grain router installed, we may be able to activate your service in minutes!

When do I make my first payment?
When you’re signing up to reserve your Grain broadband service and the great deal on offer, you will complete your Direct Debit details BUT no payment will be taken until we have agreed an install date and one of our expert engineers has visited your property to get you set up. Once your install has been completed, you can expect your first payment to be taken in 3-5 days.
If we are live in your area, your install could be within seven days! If we are not live, we will be in touch as soon as we are to arrange a convenient date and time.

Can I add a phone line?
Yes! We have a number of add-ons to help you tailor your package to best meet your needs. Get started and add one on when personalising your package.
