What's it like to work here?

I've been with Grain for 18 months, progressing from PM to Senior PM and now Project Delivery Manager. I'm responsible for managing projects in the North of England and Scotland, working with various housebuilders. I joined Grain because they are expanding at a rapid rate, with great promotion opportunities, and my development path shows the opportunities available.
