Moving to a home without a Grain router
Don’t panic – just because there isn’t already a router, it doesn’t mean we can’t get you installed. Just enter your postcode in our handy checker and find out if we are on your new street. If we are, and we are live, we can get you installed in days!
Moving to a home with Grain
Fantastic! You can keep your contract and we will install your new home. Just give us plenty of notice to arrange your install and get you all set up. Then you can continue to enjoy your Grain service AND your new home!
Moving to a home without Grain
You win some, you lose some. We might be able to cover your home in the future, but for the time being, if we can’t cover your new home, we will cancel your contract with us and hopefully see you again in the future!

Lucky you! As long as you’ve checked your new postcode in our postcode checker and confirmed we’re available at your new address, you can take your current Grain contract with you – no need to start afresh! All we need to do now is update your account…
