Woohoo, most of the work is already done. All you need to do is move in and let’s get you connected! It’s worth giving us a call before you move in so that we can ensure everything is setup and ready to go.

Moving to a home without a Grain router

Don’t panic – just because there isn’t already a router, it doesn’t mean we can’t get you installed. Just enter your postcode in our handy checker and find out if we are on your new street. If we are, and we are live, we can get you installed in days!

Moving to a home with Grain

Fantastic! We will create a new contract for your new home, don’t worry, your package and price will stay the same. Just give us plenty of notice before you move and we will get you all set up. Then you can continue to enjoy your Grain service AND your new home!

Moving to a home without Grain

You win some, you lose some! If we can’t cover your new home, you can cancel your contract with us penalty-free. Get in touch for more information about how to cancel. Keep an eye out, as we may bring our Full Fibre to your new property in the future!
