How does the business phone service work?
We use VoIP or ‘Voice over Internet Protocol’ technology, which is a reliable and modern telephone service. At it’s simplest, it works like Facetime or Skype – allowing you and your team to make telephone calls over your broadband service, without the need for additional line rental.

Can a static IP help if I run a home business?
Definitely. A static IP is ideal for home businesses that host services, manage remote access, or rely on stable online systems, offering greater control, reliability, and easier network management.

Can businesses use automated switching?
Businesses are not included in the current rollout of the One Touch Switch. However, this feature is due to be extended to business customers in approximately 12 months. This phased rollout will allow us to address any potential issues and optimise the feature for all users.
