Who is eligible for a Social Tariff?
If you receive any of these benefits, you could be eligible for a social tariff with Grain. Our Social Tariff is open to both new and existing residential customers who tick all the boxes.

How do we check social tariff eligibility?
We review the supporting evidence on a case-by-case basis, to verify eligibility for our social tariff packages. One important note: you won’t be eligible if you’re not the recipient of the benefits, even if somebody in your home is receiving them.

What happens if your benefits stop?
If your benefits come to an end, just give us a shout. We’ll help you switch to one of our standard packages without any fuss. Check your postcode to view packages available to you.

What if I need more speed?
If you feel you need more speed, but still have a limited budget, you can take a look at our entry level packages, which usually cost less than £20 per month for around 250Mbps.

Any small print?
Our Social Tariffs come with a 12-month contract and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. All our usual terms, conditions, and pricing still apply. Any add-ons they’ll be charged at full price.
