If so, you’re in luck! Our Social Tariff is open to both new and existing residential customers who tick all the boxes, whether you’re in a new build or an existing home.

How do we check if you’re eligible for a Social Tariff?
We review the supporting evidence on a case by case basis, to verify eligibility for our Social Tariff packages. One important note: you won’t be eligible if you’re not the recipient of the benefits, even if somebody in your home is receiving them.

What happens if your benefits stop?
If your benefits come to an end, just give us a shout. We’ll help you switch to one of our standard packages without any fuss.

Any small print?
Our Social Tariffs come with a 12-month contract and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. All our usual terms, conditions, and pricing still apply. And, if you’re eyeing up any add-ons, they’ll be charged at full price.
