Can I put two names on my account?
Yes, to do this we will need permission from both parties. Get in touch at a time when you are both available and we will make the necessary changes for you.
For data protection reasons, we can only speak to people listed on the account. Those authorised can discuss and make changes to the account, with the exception of amending the authorised persons list.
If you would like to remove someone from the account, then we are able to do this for you. Simply get in touch and ensure all parties approve of this change. For example, if the secondary account holder has moved out the property but the primary account holder remains and continues to require a connection, we are able to remove or change the name on this account with permission from both the primary and secondary account holders.
