I no longer want Grain, can I remove the router?

If you are a new build customer, the Grain router is part of the specification of your home, as agreed with the housebuilder. If you choose not to go with Grain, that is completely fine, but the router will need to remain in your home. This way, you can quickly and easily get reconnected to our service if you decide to come back to us. Or, if you move out of your home, the next resident can take advantage of our service. Having a full fibre, gigabit capable home also adds significant value and is a major selling point in the current climate.

If you wish to remove the router yourself, you can, but it can be very dangerous so we do not recommend it. Grain do not remove pre-installed routers.
