First, check for the following:
– Have you had a power outage or internet dropout? As the phone operates over the internet, any loss of service will cause the phone not to work. As a result, we recommend having a back-up in case of emergencies (I.e. a mobile phone)
– Is the number you are inputting in the correct format? Make sure you use the full telephone number with area code.
– Is the number you are inputting allowed on your current phone package? If you don’t have mobile calls included in your package, these will not work on your phone.
– Is your phone wired to the router correctly?
Next you can try restarting the router by turning the power off for a minute and turning it back on.
