What if the engineer cancels an appointment?

Our engineers will always strive to reach you on time. On the rare occasion they are running late they will always try to contact you to advise. We do not provide specific times for appointments due to the fact that each property is different and we may take slightly more or less time in each home.

Although we will always try to contact you if one of our engineers is running late, if you haven’t heard from us and the engineer has failed to turn up please contact us.

From time to time we may need to cancel an appointment at late notice due to unforeseen circumstances (for example traffic or an an emergency issue). If this is the case, we will always aim to provide you with as much notice as we can and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
