Will my new build home have a Grain router?

If you are moving into a new build home which has Grain fibre, and you are the first occupant, our installations are normally completed prior to you moving into your new home. This means that you are able to start using our service from day one. Our engineers will install the router in the approved location on the home design plans and make sure it is set up and ready for you to activate your free trial. It helps if you can get in touch with us as soon as possible after purchasing the home so that we can discuss your requirements and ensure we know the date you will be moving in. Check if your new home is in our plans.
