Grain is continuing to make moves into new towns and cities across the UK, accelerating our growth in the industry.
New areas which will soon be able to access the Grain speedy Full-Fibre broadband service include Whitley Bay and Thornaby in the North East, Blackpool in the North West and Tonypandy in Wales.
We are committed to installing our own Full Fibre service, providing a reliable and fast service for customers, at low prices.
While the pandemic accentuated the demand for a fast and reliable home broadband service, we are now seeing that residents faced with a national cost of living crisis are attracted to Grain pricing. Customers who make the switch from competitors are happier than ever, with Trustpilot feedback proving the move is one they are happy about!
We are also creating hundreds of new jobs thanks to the growth, with engineering and sales roles available across the country, as well as office-based jobs at our newly refurbished headquarters in Carlisle, Cumbria.
Roland Barzegar, Chief Financial Officer at Grain said of the growth: “Our journey is an exciting one as we continue to raise the bar with our service and pricing.
“Not only has it meant that we have created job opportunities in Carlisle and across the UK, but it has provided choice for residents in the communities we have connected.
“Our accelerated build programme has allowed us to get to many of these new areas sooner than we expected, which is a win-win for customers who are joining us.
“As a team, we are hugely motivated by the feedback we are receiving and the national reputation we are now growing, and we are excited about Grain’s future.”
