Where do I find my referral code?
You can find your referral code in the order confirmation email you receive upon signing up to the Grain service. We also send our customers an occasional email reminder about our referral scheme, which include the unique referral code. If you haven’t received one of these emails, you may be opted out of marketing – check your preferences, here.

How do I refer someone to Grain?
Easy! Just share your unique referral code and that’s your part over with.

How does my friend or neighbour use my referral code?
When your friend or neighbour signs up online, they’ll get the option to enter the referral code at the checkout. All they need to do is check their postcode to get started.
Alternatively, if signing up over the phone, they can quote the referral code to a member of our sales team.

When do I get my free month of broadband?
Once your friend’s broadband is up and running, and you’re both out of your 14-day cooling off periods, you’ll get a month of free broadband applied to each of your next bills.
No chasing, no forms – just sweet, seamless savings.

Can I refer more than one person?
Absolutely! Referrals are unlimited, so the more people you refer, the more free months you get! If you’re neighbourly enough, you could cover your whole contract term.

What if my friend forgets to use my code?
Sadly, we can’t apply referral discounts retroactively. Make sure they enter your code when signing up – before the install is booked – to lock it in.

Can I refer someone in a different area?
Sure! As long as they’re in a Grain-connected area and able to sign up, they’re good to go.
