You will work within a team to drive results through our digital channels, using data and analytics to segment our audience and create engaging and creative multi-channel campaigns to generate sales and bring new leads into the business.

You will be involved in designing, developing and managing our key digital marketing channels, and you will use your creativity to help grow the Grain brand throughout the UK.

Main responsibilities

• Ownership of organic and paid social media channel content, using best practice and analytics to deliver leads and sales
• Delivery of paid adverts via channels including Google Ads, ensuring continuous improvement based on results and analytics
• Become a “Superuser” of the CRM system, becoming the go to person for customer knowledge
• Management of the website Content Management System (CMS) on WordPress, leading on the relationship with external web agency
• Design and creation of mobile optimised website content, using analytics to continually improve the channel
• Day to day management of SEO, working with colleagues to ensure content is optimised for web
• Day to day ownership of marketing campaigns across email and SMS, designed and sent via the CRM system
• Ownership of the customer journey communication via email and SMS, auditing the success of online customer communication and driving ongoing improvements and results
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other customer legislation
• Own and participate in specific projects to enhance the business as it grows
