You will work within a team to drive results across multiple marketing channels, using data and analytics to segment our audience and create engaging and creative campaigns to generate sales, bring new leads into the business and help to retain our customers.

You will be involved in designing, developing and managing our online and offline marketing channels, and you will use your creativity to help grow the Grain brand throughout the UK.

Main responsibilities

• Day to day ownership of marketing campaigns across email, SMS, Direct Mail and website
• Superuser of the CRM system, including the design and creation customer communications
• Design and creation of engaging website content across our stakeholder groups
• Regular and detailed competitor analysis and feedback
• Ownership of the Trustpilot customer communication
• Ownership of retention and loyalty customer marketing
• Daily management of our social media channels
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other customer legislation
• Sourcing of appropriate photography and video content for marketing purposes
• Own and participate in specific projects to enhance the business as it grows
