How do I raise a concern?

If you have a concern to raise with us, for example if you are concerned there has been damage caused to your property, please get in touch. We will then be able to pass your query onto the relevant team, who will investigate and get back to you. This may be the subcontractors who have been carrying out the work, and they may then review photographs of the area from before and after the work was carried out.
