Outbound Fibre Sales Specialist

As an Outbound Fibre Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the continued growth of our Full Fibre broadband services. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to existing contacts within our CRM system with the goal of signing them up for our broadband services. You will also be tasked with data collection and ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression. This role requires resilience, confidence, and the ability to consistently perform repetitive tasks to achieve excellent outcomes.

• Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to existing contacts in the CRM to promote our Full Fibre broadband services.
• Persuasively communicate the features & benefits of our broadband services to potential customers.
• Aim to secure sign-ups for our Full Fibre broadband services during calls.
• Data collection
• Handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Complete additional outbound calls as required by the business needs.

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week, these hours will be worked on a rota basis between the business hours of:

• Monday – Friday 9.00am – 7.00pm
• Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm
• Sunday 9.00am – 5.00pm
