Grain has been recognised among the UK’s fastest growing businesses by ORESA in their 2025 growth index – marking another milestone in our continued expansion across the country.
Grain is proud to have been recognised for the rapid growth the business has achieved while building one of the UK’s largest independent Full Fibre broadband networks.
Headquartered in Carlisle, we now serve communities across England, Scotland and Wales, connecting hundreds of thousands of homes through our own dedicated Full Fibre infrastructure.
Grain ranked 25th in the growth index, measured by analysts sifting through financial data from over 30,000 UK companies. The index focuses on financial scale and sustainable, socially conscious progress and champions companies who create jobs and drive broad economic prosperity.
A UK broadband provider built differently

Since launching in 2017, we have focused on challenging the traditional broadband market by investing in our own fibre network rather than relying on legacy infrastructure.
